Households across a majority of large U.S. cities received more foreclosure warnings in the first six months of this year than in the first half of 2009, new data show.

san francisco and oakland’s population are basically unchanged from the last 15 years, which means people are being priced out; especially families.

Ok.. I would say the valley like stockton, modesto etc are highest.
Oakland is still pricey but afforable in some area; while there are some parts that are expensive, Of course the ghetto are cheap, but no way!
San Francisco area is still very pricey!
